Searching by ‘M&A’ enables you to view M&A entries in the following two ways:

• All M&A entries; in chronological order
• By company, industry, therapy, date range and so on

A text box allows you to search for M&A entries by company name or keyword (a word or phrase that appears in either the title or termsheet taken from the Press Release).

M&A: Advanced Search:

Below is a list of elements which can be searched on, in our ‘Advanced Search’ capability within ‘M&A’. You would use our ‘Advanced Search’ facility if you are wishing to search on a specific component. You can choose to search M&A agreements based on any of the following criteria:

• Date from / Date to (for example- all M&A agreements between 13/06/2022 and 10/03/2024)
• Keywords
• Contract available
• Value available
• Headline minimum
• Headline maximum
• Industry sector (hyperlink ‘view’ to open a pop-up box listing all industry sectors)
• Therapy area focus of acquiree
